Since everyone is busy with family and friends during this season of the year we may not be posting until after the holidays are over, so we are sending you a Christmas card. I painted this picture some years ago for my card that year, when the pine trees were much smaller than they are now.
Both Baker and I want to wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year.

What a lovely painting. I wish I had an art gene...sigh. Instead, I'll have to look at yours. Have a blessed Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful painting Graceanne!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and Baker.
How lovely! Thank you, and a Merry Christmas to you, too.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your family! See you on the flip side!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful painting......you have a God given talent my friend...........
ReplyDeleteMay you both have a peaceful Christmas......
Beautiful Graceanne..just beautiful!! (I'm jealous...I admit!!) Merry Christmas to both you and Baker!!
ReplyDeleteI don't often make comments, but I do follow your blog. It is such a pleasure to see the gift of nature through you. I live in Philadelphia, but whilst we have the largest park system in America, it is in no way close to actually living next to .or within it.
ReplyDeleteYour blog calms my mind, which is invaluable. My mental illness is a daily struggle. To see the beauty you offer, gives me peace, hope and tranquility.
May you have all that in your lives, just as you bring it to others.
Denice, Tammy, MyMaracas, Wayne John, Cheryl, and Spooky,
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much, and may God richly bless you this holy season.
Cheryl, you are right; it is a God given talent and I thank Him for it.
Spooky, Jealous? - don't be, Honey. You have it too (the God given talent, that is). Just takes a lot of practice and painting. Your flower with butterfly is beautiful. Just keep at it and you will go far !
I have been at it for LOTS of years. ( - won't say how many !) LOL
Hugs to you all and thanks again.
Dear Dano MacNamarrah,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your lovely words about our blog, and am so very glad that you enjoy it and that it gives some peace, hope and tranquility in your life. It makes me very happy to know this, and to know that our little posts help others is very rewarding.
May God bless you with many blessings is my prayer. Graceanne :)
Merry Christmas to you and your family Baker, and hope to see many more beautiful photos next year.
ReplyDeleteHi Ginger (AKA Nye Noona), Thank you and the very best to you and your family also.
ReplyDeleteBaker (& I) will be back with more stories and new photos next year.
By the way, you can right-click on the picture of the painting and open it a new tab, and view it much larger and in more detail.
This is a beautiful painting Graceanne and certainly makes for a beautiful holiday card. Thank you for all your good wishes and I want to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a healthy and happy New Year
